ezpay operates on a month-to-month subscription basis with no long-term contracts required. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to ezpay through the end of the period for which you have already paid. No refunds are issued for partial months.
ezpay does not offer refunds for subscription fees. Charges are for a full month of service, and we do not prorate or refund unused portions of a billing cycle.
If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your paid billing period, at which point your account will be downgraded or closed.
If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing dispute:
If we determine an error occurred, we will issue a credit or refund to your original payment method. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may initiate a chargeback through your credit card issuer or payment provider.
If your customers request refunds for their purchases made through ezpay, those refunds are your responsibility as the merchant. Payment refunds are processed through your Stripe account and must comply with your restaurant's refund policy and applicable laws.
ezpay provides tools to track refunds, but we do not process refunds on your behalf. You are responsible for:
If you are offered a free trial period, you must provide a valid payment method to activate the trial. Your subscription will automatically transition to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. No refunds are issued for cancellations made after the trial period has expired.
